Private 1:1 Training

HIIT 30 min — $60 per session

 

This is great for those that don’t have a lot of time to spare and like a hard fast paced workout. Don’t let the time fool you though, this is a challenging high intensity workout that will get your heart pumping and sweat going! You will definitely need a towel for this one!

 

HIIT 40 min — $70 per session

This is a favourite amongst most! Not too short and not too long, it’s the perfect in between! Shan will give you a super challenging workout as well as focusing on your form and technique so you're mastering each exercise. Get ready to burn up a sweat, this one may have your muscles shaking at the end!

 

HIIT 50 min — $80 per session

For those that have a bit more time to spend and want a whole hour devoted to you, then this session is for you! Focusing on form as well as perfecting each movement this is not for the faint hearted! Get ready to burn up a sweat, whether you like a fast cardio or more classical Pilates session this one's for you!

Private Pre & Post Natal Pilates

Pre Natal 50 min — $80 per session

Whether you have participated in Pilates classes before your pregnancy or not, Pilates is a fantastic way to exercise and stretch your body safely during pregnancy. My sessions are modified according to which stage you are in. Pilates sessions prior and during pregnancy are very beneficial in assisting in a faster return to your normal body shape, muscle tone and strength after the birth, they also help reduce fatigue and any associated back or pelvic pain that may be experienced during pregnancy.

 

Post Natal 50 min — $80 per session     

This session is great and important to assist the body getting back to your pre baby weight as well as strengthening your core and helping to knit back those muscles if you have suffered from abdominal separation. We will also be focusing on stretches to help ease those muscles esp if you have been up all night breastfeeding your neck and shoulders may be very tight, so working to support that and strengthen your arms to carry your baby with easeIf you have not done Pilates now is a great time to start!

Circuit Session - Two Person

40 mins — $90 per session ($45 per person)
Bring your friend along and enjoy the fun! This workout is always full of laughs but extremely challenging as well. Encouraging and motivating each other along the way, this circuit will definitely have you burning! You will be working on both Reformer and HyperVibe, so there is no time to rest! It is seriously a great fat burner session.


I also offer Classical Pilates on the Reformer for those that like more of a slower but equally challenging workout.

* All sessions include training on the Reformer and HyperVibe.
* During pregnancy we do not use the HyperVibe
